Abstract

The use of adenovirus for gene transfer has increased dramatically. One of the most time-consuming steps in any project involving adenovirus is to generate a unique recombinant adenovirus. This report provides a way to generate recombinant adenoviruses with significant reduced time and labor and a high rate of success.
