Abstract

Because of improved survival in the past two decades, liver disease has assumed greater importance in patients with cystic fibrosis. Clinical detection has been difficult thus far. In recent years, advances in our understanding of pathogenesis as well as increasing experience in therapeutic modalities hare been accomplished. For these reasons, it is relevant to review this topic.
