Abstract

LEARNING OBJECTIVE: • Readers can expect to learn more about the physical and mental health benefits, recommendations, prevalence rates, and trends for physical activity among breast cancer survivors. Commonly reported barriers to physical activity for breast cancer survivors also will be reviewed, along with strategies for overcoming these challenges.
