Simplified brush biopsy of the bile ducts

Abstract

A simple and convenient technique is presented for the performance of transluminal brush biopsies of biliary tract lesions. Since a guide wire is maintained in position through the obstruction, the technique can be performed at any time without loss of access to that lesion.
