Abstract

The management of vein of Galen malformations may include surgical extirpation, endovascular embolization, transtorcular ceiling or stereotactic radiosurgery. The authors present the Arkansas Children's Hospital experience, classification and review treatment options for these malformations. Complications and their avoidance will also be presented.
